Now after all is said and done, a jury of Shellye Stark's peers have listened to all the evidence and come to the conclusion already known by those on this blog. Shellye Stark was found guilty of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. And guess what? No part of this blog was shown to the jury and they STILL found her guilty. Just going to show that Brian, Shellye, and all their warped little followers were, are, and always will be full of BS!!!
All that's left to be done is for Spokane and law enforcement in California to step it up and get that other worthless carcass off the streets so he'll stop tainting society with his evil.
To Bonnie - YOU ROCK!!! I commend you for standing your ground throughout this. I know you've put up with alot of crap from some people for having this blog, but I for one am grateful for all your hard work and efforts.
To all my fellow bloggers - It's been a long time coming but Shellye is finally going to get what's coming to her. May Dale Stark finally rest in peace and may we all find a little peace and comfort from the outcome of this and hopefully have a bit of restored faith in our justice system.

We are all waiting for Brian to be brought up on charges. Bet it's just a matter of time before they find him. What a girl thingy-wussy freak he is. And wouldn't you love to know what Shellye will end up telling Law Enforcement, now that she's gone for life? I must say, Brian does wreak havoc amongst his friends, they are still scared of him. That's so strange, how could anyone take him seriously is what I feel like? Lawfan, thank you again for youre help in telling all of us each day what was up in the court room, you did a great job yourself. Take care, see you for the next chapter? lol, Louise

Actually I doubt Shellye will be changing her story any time soon. Don't forget she has appeals to go through & if she changes her story, she's totally sealing her fate. Since she was tried and convicted first, I don't think there is any chance of her making a deal to testify against Brian. So no, I don't think Shellye is going to turn on Brian any time soon because it won't do her case any good.

Actually, it could affect her sentencing on April 9.

Does anyone know if Shellye may talk? What could affect her sentencing, if she talked, right? Sometimes I am a bit slow, lol.... LawFan, any chance if and when she appeals, that she can walk this time? I hear it could be a possibility, but not likely.
