I am getting ready to face the killer once again in Harris County District Court 263 before Judge Wallace. We go to trial on July 8-12th 2010.
He was charged with Murder of my grandson Andre M. Lewis who had just turned 20 years old on April 28, 2009. He was killed on April 29, 2009.
This killer Jamie Allan Adams walks around as if he has done nothing, but it was to many eye witnesses who saw him shoot him in the broad daylight at about 6:30 PM at 6503 Wanda Lane in Houston, Texas that day. Then he fled back to New Orleans , La. His parents has been living off of FEMA. They have moved back to Metarier La.
This killer should have never been released back into society he is a school drop out, sell drugs and a killer. He is one of a gang member from New Orleans, La.
His mom got nerves to roll her eyes as to why I am so behind Harris County DA for prosecuting her son for the murder of my only grandson who I raised as my son from 2 years old.
I want him to get life in prison so he can never hurt another mom, dad child and people has to wear these shoes I am wearing at this time. I really has not over come this death as yet I still feels the pain and hurt inside as if it was the day I was call to come identify my grandson at Ben Taub hospital and see him all shot up dead.

I need people to support me to comeout to this jury trial which suppose to take place on July 8, 2010 for pretrial motions and then on July 9 and 12 jury trial in Harris County District Criminal Court 263 Judge Wallace as the judge.
This killer name isb Jamie Alan Adams and he is from New Orleans, La. He shot my only grandson and grandchild execution style in the broad daylight. He has no remorse and did this criminal act for no given reason. He did not even know my grandson.
I need all the support I can get on this day and please come out to help me send this person back to jail where he belong. He should have never received a bond due to he fled back to New Orleans ,La and after he was arrested in assaulted another person in jail and injuried them as well. He picked up a charge while he was being held in jail but was bond out in November of 22, 2009 and he assaulted this other person in October 22, 2009 caused him bodily injury as well.
This is a know gang member from New Orleans, La and sell drugs and all types of other criminal acts against the citizens here in Houston, Texas and surrounding cities or counties.

My family attend court on July 8, 2010 and his grandfather of decease Andre Lewis. It was approached by this defendant Attorney Samule Beale and he requested this Judge Wallace to allow him to with draw from this Murder trial. The Judge Wallace said no. Then the Attorney request a hearing to request a private investigator and post ponement of the trial. The Judge of this Harris County Criminal District Court had the hearing on July 9, 2010 and order a continuance of the trial for September 2010 and a private investigator.
But after this hearing this Attorney of Records Samule Beale still filed a Motion for Withdrawal and now I recent learned this same defender had another case which he was not going to the hearing has revoke his bond in Harris County Court 7. I know now he is on the run. I know because he did not go to this other court at all on July 9, 2010 as he was schedule for a court appearance. He has missed four of these court appearance. I am puzzle by all of this due to why is this Murder treated as if he is royal .

If anyone lives in ouston, Texas is an advocate for justice please write me back because I just do not understand why this judge and DA office is giving and providing this criminal defendant who is a murder all this special prividlges and looking the other way when he does not attend his court hearing and you can check with the District Clerk office and see how many court procedures he has miss. If he feel like going to the Misdemeanor court he might go. He always get to court late in the Muder case and nothing is done as well. On March 10, 2010 he sat down by us and the court did not even address this.
I am thinking it is time to address this Judge and maybe he need to be recuse from this Murder trial because he is not representing any of my victim rights. He has the DA to attempt to keep me out of these court hearings and I am being there for my decease grandson.

This killer was sentenced to 30 years in TDCJ but I am not agreed with this. See, Harris County did this to hide the cover up of my grandson murders. This killer was the one who shot him over 7 times but he was a hired killer.
My grandson was murdered by several political people from Missouri City, Fort Bend County and some one out of Harris County. This is why they did not want a trial by jury and wanted this killing to go away quietly.
