Thank you, Bonnie for allowing this thread to continue.
Here's hoping that an arrest will be made soon. Justice for Michelle is what I am sure we are all praying for. And the sooner the better.
I read on another forum that Michelle's former home has been sold, although I am not sure if the sale has been finalized. I doubt that Jason will even break even with the lowered price.
I hope the buyers will be able to restore love and life in to a home that once held such promise for a young woman who wanted nothing more than to raise a loving family and live her life to the fullest.
We all know how her dream was shattered. I just pray her dream can be carried out through another family.

And thanks, Miss Bonnie, for the clean slate.

The house is still listed on the MLS so it's apparently not a done deal yet.

I remember viewing the pics of the house on the real estate page and thinking how it was so sad that it had the life sucked out of it. So much promise for a young family and reduced to a shell with a lonely swingset in the back yard.

The house is still listed on the MLS so it's apparently not a done deal yet. They are sometimes slow in updating the status of the listings. There should be something there that says "under Contract".

I've seen it mentioned on "other sites" that some posters don't want to see Jason AND Cassidy sell the house to better "their" financial situation.
Do these people honestly believe that Cassidy's future depends on the sale of a home now, or that relieving her father of the debt and responsibility of this home will profit her in any way?
She has family members who will see to it that she lacks nothing no matter what financial situation Jason is in...oh wait....I forgot....those family members are being kept from her. They aren't allowed to be a part of her life and any and all gifts have been refused. Silly me.....I guess it IS a good thing that Jason will no longer have the added burden of making a house payment for a home he had a major part in destroying.
Perhaps he can replace the items the Fishers tried to give her with the extra money he will have in his pocket.
Then again, he should be saving his pennies for his legal defense.
Maybe that's why he hasn't collected on the life insurance policy.......yet.

There should be something there that says "under Contract". In Wake County they pull the listing off the MLS when they have a valid contract. It may be on the realtor's website, showing it's under contract to show they've made another sale, but it wouldn't still on the MLS.

He will stop at nothing in his efforts to get away with murder.

There seems to be some ripples of anticipation around the boards. Could the Grand Jury be meeting today to hear evidence in Michelle Young's murder case? Is Lady Justice about to present herself? I sure hope so, but as always, will wait hopefully.

Scout just suggested that Jason Lynn Young be available on 4/21 - perhaps all the anticipation is a week too soon? I really need the GJ schedule! Correction, scout said 4/22 & beyond.
