Just found out the upcoming Wake County GJ scheduleApril 21- 22May 5-6 May 19-20 June 2-3 June 16-17 Thank you, RPD. Just shoot me for taking cougies bait again. This is not about YOU cougie, so take your own advice & get the hell out unless you want to do what you claim you enjoy - DEBATE THE CASE. Time to ignore the useless wench... So, they meet today! I wonder how many cases will be presented. It seems their docket is quite full from reading about a juror's day. Crazy stuff! I understand GJ are known to return indictments every 4 minutes, up to 40 in one day.I wonder with amazement why JY has not been indicted in 18 months with all the evidence so many of you think the DA has.

So, do you think there is a connection between the GJ meeting today and the "unknowns" lurking in Brevard, or is it just tourist season and someone has gone completely off their rocker?

Gee, based on your posts I was starting to think this was the RPD board because all your posts seemed to be about him. Or your family. Take your own advice.

Someone has definately gone off their rocker. Maybe LE "lurking" in Brevard was the final push? I find the lurking comment amusing since I doubt they were trying to hide. Guess if they don't pay court to the Youngs, they're "lurking"? Maybe they were in town to discuss how the arrest will eventually go down. Since it's Transylvania County, can Wake LE make an arrest or will they have to have the assistance of local LE?

Because of the little girl, I think Colin will allow him to surrender with his attorney the night of the indictment.

But, as you said, no way LE was trying to hide. If it was LE, I'm sure they were there on business. Too bad their business is none of gojoKes. That must tick him off... his rocker!

OK, so when an indictment is handed down, does LE jump on their white horses immediately and go after the perp, or are the attorneys contacted to bring in their client? Apparently they don't think of JLY as a flight risk at the moment, but could a pending arrest cause him to head for the border? hmmm

Like w/ Ann Miller, they will cut a deal and have him in Raleigh on Monday or Tuesday of the indictment so he can surrender without the embarssment of an arrest in front of gojo ;D ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ " his client was in Raleigh so she could turn herself in." "She was very sad, resigned'' Cheshire said. "We saw this coming, so we had gotten her up here.Where is gojo ....think there is a clan meeting with pending bad news

Perhaps stocking up on soap on a rope? LOL! Packing for what? His troubles are OVER! He's getting ready to lose his license. No job, so what, he's never been a go getter, unless that is "go get HER" from work. The State will give him his clothes, three squares, laundry, a roof over his head and "medical"......maybe even fix his raunchy teeth. After that, he will be just like every other inmate. Except he knows how to be the life of the party with puppet tricks. "Tricks" will continue to be his forte. MOO
