Think so? Poor thing posted that she had a stroke. Wait a sec ... I'm slow .... which one posted they had a stroke? Or are you gojoking? No not joking. I only scan at CTV but she did post that she had a stroke. I'll see if I can find it. I can't find it. What I did find tells me the woman is not all together there. Could be a spawn.

I'm thinking more June the prune but I'm not so good at calling these things. Guess we'll have to wait for RPD to weigh in. She is definitely in need of some serious mental intervention.

A table on the cost of a murder trial in NC can be found on page 47 here: www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/northcarolina.pdfDo you think the Youngs will be able to subsidize Jason Lynn Young's defense at those rates? I suppose it depends on who they get to defend him. Rumor on Scout's Board has it that Big Sis had to sell her beloved horses to make ends meet. Guess he won't be asking her to subsidize anything in the near future. Maybe he should think about going after that LI policy. If he is innocent, he can use the money for his defense and going after it won't hurt a thing. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. If he's guilty ... well, I guess that would just mean that he would be found out even sooner with the deposition. Would he still be able to collect and use it for his defense if the dep goes "okay" but it is proven later on down the line that he, in fact, did kill Michelle or would he have to pay it back to Cassie or the LI Company? Hi Jezme, I read that too. This, above ALL other things that I have read about the "Young" family blows my gasket! GoJo says, Jason doesn't need money. WHAT is wrong with a "man" that will let his sister sell her horses, before he claims the LI policy that he and Michelle had in place? They have been housing him, feeding and clothing him for MONTHS! Yet he can do nothing? Something is seriously WRONG with this picture! Her "Beloved horses"...........Thank God I don't live in a family like that, ALL of us would move heaven and earth to prevent them from being an entrée on a Chinese or French dinner table. OR a "GLUE FACTORY" What a POS! Bandit

The state of MA is on a prosecutorial roll with wife murderers: www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/07/03/antifreeze.killing.ap/index.html Guess he needed some money for his deep debt. I do wonder about Jason Lynn Young's debt. Who did he owe and how much did he owe them? From the article: Before handing down the mandatory life sentence, Judge Sandra Hamlin called Keown "an evil human being."
Julie Keown's parents, Jack and Nancy Oldag, held onto each other while giving victim impact statements.
"In my mind, James is no longer a person. He's just a mass of flesh and bone. A real person never would have done so evil a thing," Nancy Oldag said.
Keown, 34, did not address the court. His mother sobbed as he was led away in handcuffs.
Assistant District Attorney Nathaniel Yeager said Keown killed his wife after he was fired from his job, the couple's financial problems worsened and a string of lies he had told his wife began to catch up with him.

Mark Hacking found himself in the same situation but his parents and brothers talked some sense into him and had him do the right thing. Confess so that the victim's family did not need to suffer anymore than they already had.

Confess so that the victim's family did not need to suffer anymore than they already had. Yes, but the Hackings have class. Obviously a foreign word to the Youngs. Bandit From everything I've read about them written by their "friends", truer words have never been spoken. It takes not only class, but also a lot of courage to make your child do the right thing and take responsibilty for their actions. I can only hope I can be as courageous with my own. So far, I have made them take responsibilty and they have paid the price in these situations whether it be a fine here or there or punishment meted out by me! They are honest, which is a good thing. In most cases, it all goes back to how you are raised. There are some who were raised correctly but still have that missing brain cell (Mark Hacking) or whatever it might be and do the unthinkable. In those cases, the parents are not to blame. This case, though, seems that a lot goes back to how Jason was raised.

It appears the Young's would rather turn a blind eye to reality and live the life of lies that Jason Lynn Young has imposed on them by his silence, than face the truth, forge ahead, and do what is legally and morally responsible.

Yes, a day to celebrate all of our freedoms we are so fortunate to have. We also have laws to help keep our freedom alive and well and to protect us against harm from the deviants of society. These laws will catch up with the one who murdered Michelle and Rylan. He might be able to hide behind that skirt of silence right now and in the future, but there are other ways to prove he mudered his wife and unborn son. These will far outweigh his silence when he is arrested. Wonder if he will shed any tears? Or is he going to do as Gojo claims ... not wear his feelings on his sleeve. Never show your emotions in public. He supposedly filled an entire towel full of his tears on the drive from Brevard to Raleigh. Maybe he's all teared out for this lifetime.

I don't believe those were tears of sadness for the loss of Michelle and Rylan. Jason Lynn Young, if he cried, was crying because he feared he was going to be arrested. He cried for himself and no one else. I hope he was looking over his shoulder today and every day since he perpetuated this heinous crime. I hope he is haunted in his dreams every night. And lastly, I hope this is the last Independence Day he is allowed to walk a free man. edit to strike the word man - he is not a man, he is evil incarnate.

What in the world are Mimimutt, Kat4Evil, June and Hi-Cougie doing now that Coldpregnant dog closed the MY thread What pathetic losers they are. Well, MaMu has been here, but that didn't last long. She's now an expert on the Brooke Bennett case (a very sad and weird and intriguing case). It's hysterical that she's posting there after her nonsense on the NE board. They have her # and have been calling her out from day one. "How can someone who defends a double murderer now come and ..." Of course she thinks a teen that's been abused since she was 9 is responsible for the death of Brooke - surely not the uncle! There is a holiday board and MaMu chimed in there, as did Kat.. not sure where the rest of the kamijucou disappeared to, but reading IS isn't such a chore at the moment. And that's all I know about that.

K4E & Analyzer jumped all over that person until they realized (s)he is a JY supporter or maybe on the fence. Just as Pet had predicted ... the IS clowns have reared their ugly heads again.

Yep, those tears, those tears. How convenient that the only witnesses to all this grief was Jason's inner circle. It is pretty common knowledge that the investigators have left no stone unturned, even photographing license plates at the funeral home, in order to expand their interviewees. Remember that picture of Jason all alone at the cemetery the day after the funeral? Shades and all? Lets hope he didn't utter anything suspicious under his breath, because rumor has it here, that the plot was not only being watched, but was bugged. ;D Bandit
