Yes, a day to celebrate all of our freedoms we are so fortunate to have. We also have laws to help keep our freedom alive and well and to protect us against harm from the deviants of society. These laws will catch up with the one who murdered Michelle and Rylan. He might be able to hide behind that skirt of silence right now and in the future, but there are other ways to prove he mudered his wife and unborn son. These will far outweigh his silence when he is arrested. Wonder if he will shed any tears? Or is he going to do as Gojo claims ... not wear his feelings on his sleeve. Never show your emotions in public. He supposedly filled an entire towel full of his tears on the drive from Brevard to Raleigh. Maybe he's all teared out for this lifetime. Yep, those tears, those tears. How convenient that the only witnesses to all this grief was Jason's inner circle. It is pretty common knowledge that the investigators have left no stone unturned, even photographing license plates at the funeral home, in order to expand their interviewees. Remember that picture of Jason all alone at the cemetery the day after the funeral? Shades and all? Lets hope he didn't utter anything suspicious under his breath, because rumor has it here, that the plot was not only being watched, but was bugged. ;D Bandit and the "plot" thickens. Speaking of plots - I don't imagine ole jason lynn young has placed a head stone for Michelle and Rylan yet, has he? No? didn't think so. Now back to that hidden mic. Where would they have hidden it? I can't don't remember the picture, but do those things work if buried? In a shallow kind of way, of course. If flowers were left behind, that would make a good hiding place. I don't think Jason is all that bright, nor was he all that sad - he was playing to his audience when he returned to the grave. Give the coppers a show, let them think I'm grieving. In reality, he was probably cussing the whole situation from NC to Timbuktu. Stinks when you put yourself in a predicament like that.

from scout's comes the following: captainjoe wrote: You have short memories. Who do you think found JY's email addy on Reunion.com and listed it on the blogs. BreakingNews replied: In fact you swiped it from CTV where someone I know posted it..Along with the ebay stuff that belonged to MM. Strawberry shortcake ring a bell? I remember all this quite vividly. People were shocked and awed that the strawberry shortcake sheets could be so diabolical. It was early December, 2006, when it seemed all sources were shutting down with information, but BreakingNews was relentless in discovering new information. The Cap remembers what is convenient. Sorry, I can only address this Cap BS from here, but wanted to add my 2 pennies.

Poor Jason has to inspect his friends cars, homes and even his own cars and home (well Mom's home) to insure that there are no bugs in place. Why would he worry about bugs in place, enough to search all of these places, if he is mute?

He was always good with adding credible info in other cases but for some unknown reason, he is totally off the mark in this one. It might be a sign of old age or it might be he started believing what Gojo was posting. He came up with some really strange theories over at RU. I kind of feel badly for him. He is like night and day with this case as opposed to earlier cases I've seen him post on.

I'm not sure why he's so convinced Jason isn't the person to be looking at. Maybe gojoKe has persuaded him to cross over to the dark side?

I'm just laughing too hard to type here. I was reading @ IS and this post nearly knocked me out of my seat: K4E sez: But not DNA mixed in with the blood of the victim, or on a murder weapon, or any other kind of prints left in blood.
They can take years, they can take forever solving this case, we all want justice...but, it must cause impatience for those who want Jason charged to go through this on a hourly~ daily~weekly basis..
Waiting and wondering...must be more difficult for some than othersknowing Jason is enjoying his holiday weekend, and that the only fireworks in this case, were the ones on display.
Innocence can do that to a person.no, really, she went there. Seriously, Evil one, no one wants justice more than I, however, I can wait. I think others following this case can wait. It is you that can't figure out why there hasn't been an arrest yet. Good luck with that.

Here's the latest from the mutton - To the youngs credit ... they haven't gotten on the internet blah blah blah.
What about GOJO. BIG SIS and the rafter ... hmmm.

No one close to the case should be talking.
All insiders should been asked not to discuss the case, since Day 1.
It could become tainted testimony to have what they say appear on a public Message Board.
Something similiar happened in the Carruth case.
How can you trust any inside info to be credible when as far back as 17 months ago, someone here assured us of an arrest?
Credibility or lack of has flown out the window.
Kat [/*] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It only becomes tainted testimony if a member of a jury admits to reading and being influenced by information appearing on the Internet. Sometimes LE tells insiders something that they want leaked but I doubt they tell insiders ALL details.
To the Youngs' credit, they haven't jumped on the Internet and leaked details contained in the probable cause of unreturned warrants and if the media knew these details, they wouldn't continue labeling Jason Young as "suspect." Oh, wait. Only one station did that and it's a tabloid. Fortunately, the others abide by their code of ethics.

Wow. Looks like either gojo has started nipping the bottle a little early today or he has gone off the deep end over at Scouts. He is making no sense at all with his posts.

Funny you mention that, I was thinking the same thing. Maybe some pressure is on in ole Transylvania County. Won't be long now.

He only asks questions so he can run back to the Youngs to help build a defense for Jason. He is so full of it ... especially with that tag line. It was nice to see you over there ... why can't you join over there?

It was nice to see you over there ... why can't you join over there? I could join, but it's probably best I stay put for the time being. I don't want to be the one to run gojo off. As you can see, I pretty much don't hide my feelings about him and his lies and his undying support for the murdering Jason Lynn Young. 'sides, a little of me goes a long way, ;D

Pretty sad that he can't see the writing on the wall. Actually I do think he knows, deep down inside that he's covering for a murderer, but how far does friendship stretch? I think it's insane no one will ask Jason directly what he knows. It's been said many times, in many ways, an innocent man would be screaming for justice. yeah, yeah, mamu - no need for you to chime in and preach about innocent people on death row and in prisons around the world. It just doesn't fly in this case.
