It appears Linda is the executrix to Michelle's estate. I wonder when that happened?
Who was served? Was Jason home to get these papers, or did his mother accept the award on his behalf. Enquiring minds want to know!

Yes, the clock is ticking. He's had enough freedom, it's time for the hammer to come down. I hope it happens before Christmas so he will not be able to prevent Cassie from seeing Linda and Meredith yet another holiday.

What a great Christmas present for the Fisher's that would be. It is the beginning of the end for Jason, but the night he so viciously ended Michelle's life, was really the beginning, I suppose.
